I couldn't figure it out how to return the id from _COMPLETE.
Since the intent gets broadcasted per each download, i have to check if the file that is recently downloaded is the one i started from the task. I searched online and found out that everytime a download is completed, _COMPLETE is being broadcasted. I use below code to download a file then it returns the download id as %long. I'm trying to confirm if the files i previously download from a task is finished downloaded.
